The contrast is calculated according to the sRGB relative brightness, and the threshold value is not rounded.

Displays close to 4.5:1 even through AA?
Not necessarily, the threshold comparison uses the original result that is not rounded. Ordinary text AA needs at least 4.5:1, large text needs at least 3:1; the large text here is at least 18pt, or at least 14pt bold. This result does not replace the complete barrier-free inspection.
