Exact decimal arithmetic
Use decimal integer coefficients for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, avoiding the binary floating-point tail in 0.1 plus 0.2.

- 0.1 plus 0.2 produces 0.3. Negative 1 divided by 8 to two decimal places, with ties away from zero, produces -0.13.

Calculation method and processing rules
Addition, subtraction and multiplication retain all decimal precision. Division uses 0 to 60 decimal places and the chosen rounding direction; results are not calculated with floating point.
