Can the width and height not be divided into the number of rows and columns will lose the edge?
Not. The tool allocates each block according to the boundary of integer pixels. Some blocks may have one row or one column of pixels than adjacent blocks, but all blocks together just cover the original image, and do not enlarge or miss the edge.
Will the input content be saved on the server?
