- Fill in the parameters or select the file according to the form, and check the unit and format first.
- 4 participants, 3 rows and 4 rows of seats, reserve the No. 2 seat and draw a lottery and export the list.

Calculation method and processing rules
Use safe random numbers and fisher-yates to shuffle the cards, avoid reserved numbers and sort by seat.
